Shipping policy

At Shift Supply, we are committed to getting your order to you as safely and efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping processes, timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume periods or sales events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items are prepared for safe transit.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

  • Methods: We utilize various third-party carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order leaves our facility.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • Note: These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shift Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

  • Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are often unable to modify the destination.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Shift Supply is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

5. Risk of Loss & Liability

  • Carrier Responsibility: All items purchased from Shift Supply are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are stolen or missing. If you are concerned about package security, please ensure you are available to receive your delivery or choose a secure shipping location.

6. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in their country. Shift Supply has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them.

  • Customs Delays: Packages may occasionally be held by customs authorities. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the international import/export process.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • Updates: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your package has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Window: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to change an order, please contact us immediately at shiftsupply.shopfiy@gmail.com; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept the shipment before it departs.
