1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in selecting our suppliers, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Proof: You must provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.

Resolution: Based on the situation, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a free replacement immediately.
3. The "Shift Supply" Keep-It Policy (Safety & Savings)
For many of our low-cost items (such as stickers, phone mounts, and small accessories), the cost of return shipping often exceeds the value of the product. In these cases, we may choose to issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been installed, modified, or used (e.g., automotive parts that have been bolted onto a vehicle).

5. Shipping & Processing

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Lost Packages: Shift Supply is not responsible for items lost or stolen during the return shipping process. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
