At Shift Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely confident in the gear you purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in selecting our suppliers, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • Action Required: Please contact us at shiftsupply.shopify@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof: You must provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.

  • Resolution: Based on the situation, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a free replacement immediately.

3. The "Shift Supply" Keep-It Policy (Safety & Savings)

For many of our low-cost items (such as stickers, phone mounts, and small accessories), the cost of return shipping often exceeds the value of the product. In these cases, we may choose to issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

  • We reserve the right to determine which items qualify for this program on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used (e.g., automotive parts that have been bolted onto a vehicle).

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Any claims made after the 30-day window.

5. Shipping & Processing

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

  • Lost Packages: Shift Supply is not responsible for items lost or stolen during the return shipping process. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Safety & Fraud Protection (The "Fine Print")

  • Right to Refuse: Shift Supply reserves the right to refuse any refund request that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.

  • Chargeback Disclaimer: By purchasing from Shift Supply, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to solving your problem and appreciate the opportunity to do so.
